Fantasy Football Week 8 Pickups

Sam Bradford:  Perhaps the most disappointing team and player.  The Rams schedule is very friendly going forward and the addition of Brandon Lloyd finally gives them a deep threat.  Lloyd’s presence and production will open things up for Sam underneath.

  • Others worth a pick: Hasselbeck, TJax

Ryan Torain: With Hightower going on IR will be the first option in the run-game.

Knowshon Moreno: Becomes the lead back again w/injury to Willis.

  • Worth a pickup: Pierre Thomas, Michael Bush, Hardesty

Jabar Gaffney: de facto #1.  Nevermind Hankerson or even Armstrong because Gaffney will get the most targets+production.

  • Worth a pickup: Nelson, Torrey Smith, Brown

Visante: Sometimes a TE can be a young QB’s best friend and that could be the case here.

Jake Ballard: Seems to have developed chemistry with Eli.  Two solid outings before the bye and a nice matchup here afterward.
